Conclusion:
This is a complex system, I mean the one used by Jurgina Sand in an article edited in capeverdean newspaper ASEMANA, nº 890 (30.4.2009). For a beginner, it is more difficult. Later on, this complex of systems used in writing capeverdean could present some valuable advantages. But for a beginner, what a headache!
